May 23rd The Peace Mantra

Dear friends,

I hope you are all keeping well. This week was a special one for me as I finally got to see my beau after a separation of two months due to the Covid-19 restrictions. That is the reason I was a little M.I.A, I hope you can forgive me. 

To make up for it I am sharing this weeks morning chant, The Peace Mantra, for you to learn before we begin our chant together on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8.15am - Facebook and Instragram Live.

Next week we are back to normal with class on Tuesday and Thursday evening with all info listed below. And of course your morning chants on Tuesday and Thursday morning. Over the next two week I will be teaching the peace chant.

Please also note! There will be a beautiful morning retreat on the 6th of June for immunity and lung health with my colleague Ana-Maria at A Way To Live Well. I will make a special email for this with all details in the next few days but if you can wait that long check out the link below

This retreat is international. Ana-Maria is a Galway Native, living and working in London. Because it is online you can join from anywhere in Ireland from Donegal to Cork, from Galway to Dublin, Northern Ireland and Great Britain or anywhere else in the world. We are after all a global community.
