Here is a simple Yoga Therapy practice for the digestive system which should relieve light digestive congestion. When we are focusing on yoga for digestion, the breath, as always, is very useful. Here we can massage the digestive tract from deep inside using the diaphragm. This deep internal massage along with the mechanical movements of the muscles and bones of the body together work to stimulate and bring vitality to a sluggish digestive system.
